Exchange Policy
We take great care in ensuring high quality standards for our products and that they reach you in good condition. We ask that you go over the product details and size-chart carefully before making a purchase. If you have doubts about any detail, we request you to get in touch with us at info@shophannan.com and we will be happy to answer any query.

Returns

At this time, ALL sales are final. Since we are strictly against wasteful production, we try and optimise our inventory as efficiently as possible. We highly encourage you to email us at info@shophannan.com with any prior questions or concerns regarding design or fit. A detailed size chart for all our products is provided on the website for your perusal. 

In case of any damage to the product(s), please refer to our exchange policy.

Refund Policy 

Since returns are not accepted at this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. In special circumstances, please email us at info@shophannan.com. Once our team reviews the request, we will get in touch with you to sort any concerns you might have.
 

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective/damaged. In such cases, our policy of free worldwide shipping will apply for the replacement. Send us an email at info@shophannan.com within 48 hours of receiving your product(s) and our team will review your request and get back to you.

We urge you to carefully go over our size chart before making a decision about your purchase. We would be happy to assist you regarding any sizing/fit related matters. Please email us at info@shophannan.com for the same. 

For all exchanges, we reserve the right to accept or decline your exchange request.
 

Shipping
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to one of the following addresses:

Please email us at info@shophannan.com before shipping out any items for exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 10,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
